Epilogue is a Tarot Deck and Guidebook inspired by the anonymous 13th-century Occitan novel Flamenca and Rosalia's groundbreaking music album El Mal Querer.

Visual Approach. Inspired by the Kintsugui technique and the empowerment of Flamenco culture, Epilogue is the space in between where darkness and magic meet.
Process. It’s hard to choose a favorite step of the production process. Yet between finding the right materials for the back of the cards and prototyping the packaging; I’ll admit that bringing the collages to life and seeing the different layers interact with light was the most rewarding!
What’s Inside. The outer package includes the card deck, hand made tiny envelopes and a packaged calligraphy pen.
Card deck Package. To carry on the breaking references and to add a touch of mystery, the card deck package includes a rip see through that interacts with the product inside.
Cards & Booklet. Each card is a hand made collage carefully photographed to capture their shadows and have them be part of the final design. The original collages live on the booklet which includes an in-depth description of each card and it’s meaning.
